Well, the best way to improve your performance is to know your heart rate zones for training, racing and recovering. How you do this is by determining your sports specific lactate threshold. We have put together two chances for you to gain this knowledge.
One way to estimate your lactate threshold by looking at the changes in your heart rate as you increase the intensity of activity. After your testing you will receive detailed information on your training and racing heart rate (or watts) zones and how to train using this information.
Our clinics will be bike estimated threshold testing performed by myself*. There is no charge for this clinic.
