| Karen Ghiron is the owner and founder of Wellness Works, Inc., a personal fitness training and wellness consulting business, which employs four additional trainers. She specializes in working with clients of all backgrounds and fitness abilities, as well as people who just want to get into shape. A majority of the their clients are busy corporate executives, as well as pre and postnatal women who they train in the privacy of their homes. Karen also teaches workshops and clinics on core training with an emphasis on pilates. Every summer, Karen and her staff offer first time rider clinics and training rides for the Pan Mass Challenge. Karen teaches her clients about setting realistic and achievable goals with fitness at the same time as emphasizing balance in their personal and professional lives. Karen has run over 14 marathons and has raced in three Ironman competitions including Ironman Canada, Ironman New Zealand, and Ironman USA. Karen has been a member of the Boston Triathlon Team since 2000. | |

| Joe is a swim coach. He has been coaching swimming for over 16 years, from pre-school "learn to swim" all of the way to NCAA national competitors. He was the Head Varsity Swim Coach at the MIT and the Head Masters Swim Coach at Boston University. Whether you are a beginner looking for basic stroke mechanics, a triathlete looking for a training regimen for a specific race/distance, want to work on open water techniques, or just want to do some film and tape work of your swimming, we can do this. | Juli Jones-Davenport is a scientist for the US Army studying Human Performance in extreme environments and a triathlon/marathon coach. She holds a Health and Fitness Instructor certification from the American College of Sports Medicine and is credentialed by the U.S. Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine in Aerobic Exercise Performance Testing. She has been competing in triathlons and marathons since 1999. Juli has qualified for the Boston Marathon, Ironman World Championships and represented Massachusetts in the Best of the US triathlete competition. Juli has raced in six Ironman competitions including Ironman USA, Ironman Coeur d'Alene, and Ironman Florida, and Ironman Hawaii. Juli trains athletes for various distances by creating individualized training programs. Juli has been a member of the Boston Triathlon Team since 2003. | |

| Jorge has been an active athlete for over 18 years, participating in team sports, tennis, among others. He played amateur and later semi-professional soccer for a minor league team owned by one of the biggest pro soccer teams in Mexico. In 2003, he began his multi-sport adventure, completing his first triathlon and first marathon. Three years later, Jorge completed several road and triathlon races, qualified for the inaugural 70.3 World Championship and met the criteria to obtain an elite license through the Triathlon Mexican federation under the guidance of Coach Kurt. Jorge is a certified USAT level 1 coach, and USA Cycling level 3 coach. He has been coaching for over 6 years, helping athletes from different backgrounds to achieve their athletic goals from completing their first Ironman to qualifying for the 70.3 championship, Kona and winning races. | |
