Workout — Arlington SGR with Pat Dwyer8:30 am

What: Sunday Group Run at Pat & Jenn Dwyer's House



Where: 15 Thesda Street, Arlington, MA



When: Sunday, February 5th; arrive at 8:15 am; leave at 8:30 am



Workout:

-For those looking for a long run (or short run), you can hook up to the Minuteman Trail for a variety of out-and-back distances; or run to Mystic Lake and do loops.

-For those looking for a more interesting and heart-rate taxing alternative, Pat is bringing back the “King of the Hill”, run edition. We’ll run to Eastern Avenue (site of the KOH bike) and do as many hills as you can get in within a 30 minute time window…at your own pace. This will not only get you ready for the Hyannis Half-Marathon, but you will also earn your breakfast!



Jenn will be providing the Frills…which will have a Valentine’s Day theme. Think heart shaped waffles, pancakes, muffins, as well as oatmeal, French toast, breads, juice, coffee, etc.
